No, it is not insurance and does not meet the minimum essential coverage requirements of the Affordable Care Act. It contains a 30-day cancellation period and provides discounts only at the office of good health. Each member is obligated to pay the discounted medical charges in full at the point of service. 

HealthPass is powered by GoodHealth Associate’s Primary care and partner services that provide affordable quality healthcare to uninsured or under-insured individuals/family members in our Middle Tennessee community.
